Dublin Juvenile Indoor Championships 2024

The provisional timetable has been published for the Dublin Juvenile Indoor Championships 2024.

Please find dates for all events as well as important closing dates for entries (no late entries accepted). For all those who are entering the Indoors, it will be self registration. The entry system is now open, it is recommended to register for events in advance of the registration closing dates in case there are any registration issues.

DAY 1 – Competition Date – 21/01/24

U13 – born 2012 – 60m Hurdles

U14 – born 2011 – 60m Hurdles, 1000M walk

U15 – born 2010 – 60m Hurdles, 1000M walk, Long Jump, Shot Putt

U16 – born 2009 – 60m Hurdles, 1000M walk, 200M Sprint, Long Jump, Shot Putt

U17 – born 2008 – 60m Hurdles, 1000M walk, 200M Sprint, Long Jump, Shot Putt

U18 – born 2007 – 60m Hurdles, 1000M walk, 200M Sprint, Long Jump, Shot Putt

U15 – born 2010 - Pole Vault, High Jump

U16 – born 2009 - Pole Vault, Triple Jump, 1500m, High Jump

U17 – born 2008 - Pole Vault, Triple Jump, 1500m, 400m, High Jump

U15 – born 2010 - 60m Sprint, 800m

Relay open to the following age groups:

U15 – born 2010, U16 – born 2009, U17 – born 2008, U18 – born 2007, U19 – born 2006

Closing Date for Day 4 – 19/02/24 – Club to register relay teams

DAY 5 – Spraoi Games - Competition Date – 25/02/24

U9 – born 2016 - 60m, Standing Long Jump, Bean Bag Throw, Medley Relay

U10 – born 2015 - 60m, Standing Long Jump, Bean Bag Throw, Medley Relay

U11 – born 2014 - 60m, Standing Long Jump, Bean Bag Throw, Medley Relay

Registration on the day of Spraoi Games competition – turn up on the day and pay registration fee.

Athletes can enter as many individual events as they like for the Dublin Juvenile Indoor plus 2 relays, but only 3 events at Nationals.

Please speak to a coach if you have any questions or need any help registering your child.

We would really love for as many of our athletes as possible to take part in the Indoor Championships this year, please encourage your child to take part. We aim as a club to keep children in sport and to help them have fun and be independent, instill a belief in themselves because we believe in them - this is what these competitions are all about.
