🔷 Club Half Marathon 9am Sun 8th 🔷

Many of you will be running your Half Marathon this Sunday.

🕘 Start time is 9am from the Hub. See route map above.

🔹 Please record your own time and distance. That’s 21.1km or 13.1 miles.

🔹 Roads are NOT closed. Where there is no path, run on the right hand side of the road and take caution of traffic and other road users.

🔹 There will 2 water stations at 10k and again at 18km.

🔹 Please do not litter 🗑

💙 This is your race, wear your Lusk AC top & do us proud; be confident in your training and enjoy it. 💙

🔹 Encourage your family and friends to come out and support you and your club mates 👏👍🙌 especially on the quieter roads.

🔹 We will have a few photographers en route so make sure to smile 📸😀 If you have your own photos please send them directly to Annette or Nicole.
